Marco Bicego offers complimentary returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Each piece must be returned with its original security tag intact to ensure a full refund to the original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely place your jewelry in its original presentation box and shipping carton, ensuring the authenticity certificates and all original documentation are included.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it firmly to the outside of your package, removing any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to an authorized courier location and retain your receipt; once our artisans inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
